«Більше ніж сервіс» — книга Артура Лупашка, генерального директора Ribas Hotels Group, в якій він зібрав 20 історій видатних українських бізнесменів і керівників бізнесу і розпитав, як будували сервіс вони.
Нашею задачею було розробити дизайн та верстку книги. Ми підібрали шрифтову пару: для основного тексту гротеск, який відображає сучасний, утилітарний характер видання, та світлу антикву для акциденції, яка додає виданню мʼякості та відкритості. Основним кольором книги став ліловий, який також позначає початок кожного матеріалу і візуально розділяє видання на 20 частин. Доповнює палітру теплий сірий, який використовується для акцентування інформації, зокрема, в кейсах. Щоб полегшити сприйняття великих масивів тексту, ми візуально розділили текст на блоки через зміщення абзаців на одну колонку вліво або вправо.
Концепція видання відображається і в обкладинці: ми бачимо тільки тонку лілову смугу, яка натякає, що під суперобкладинкою ховається більше. Більше, ніж сервіс. Книга вийшла у двох варіаціях: у мʼякій обкладинці зі сліпим тисненням та у твердій лляній з шовкотрафаретним друком.

“More Than a Service” is a book by Artur Lupashko, CEO of Ribas Hotels Group, in which he put together 20 stories of outstanding Ukrainian businesspeople and asked them about the way they built their services.
Our task was to develop the graphic and layout design of the book. We have chosen a font pair: sans-serif for the main text, which reflects the modern, utilitarian character of the book, and light serif for the headers, which adds softness and openness to the book. Lilac became the book’s primary color, marking the beginning of each material and visually dividing the publication into 20 parts. Warm gray complements the palette, emphasizing information in various cases. To facilitate the perception of large text arrays, we visually divided the text into blocks by moving paragraphs one column to the left or right.
The concept of the book is also reflected in the cover: under the white dust jacket we can see only a thin lilac strip of the cover, but in fact there is much more hidden under the cover. More than a service. The book was published in two variations: with the soft cover, and the title was blind embossed, and with the hard linen with a black silk screen.
